  • 6 cups day-old brioche or challah bread (torn into pieces)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
