  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
