  • 1 pound fresh Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and halve the Brussel sprouts.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Slowly stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in half of the Parmesan cheese until melted. Pour over the halved Brussel sprouts in a baking dish and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Serve warm, drizzling any leftover sauce over the sprouts.
