  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut stale bread into one-inch cubes. Optionally, toast lightly for added crunch.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
