  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (14 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix yellow cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the cake with a wooden spoon handle.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce over the warm cake to allow it to soak in.
  6. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cake.
  7. Chill before serving.
