Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. While the steak rests, chop mixed greens into bite-sized pieces and prepare the cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining olive oil and balsamic vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Top with sliced steak and drizzle dressing over the salad.
