  • 1 cup crawfish tail meat (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 French bread loaf (12 inches)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  2. Slice the French bread lengthwise and place both halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
