  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small slices
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (about 14 oz), thawed
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

  5. Fold the corners of each square towards the center, sealing tightly to create pockets.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
