Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

  5. Divide the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
