  • 1 medium onion (grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 4 pieces lavash bread

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and spices until well combined.
