  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C). If using the oven, spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
