  • 6 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving drippings.
