Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in diced apples until evenly distributed in the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
