Earl Grey Panna Cotta is an exquisite and creamy dessert that elegantly blends the rich flavors of heavy cream with the floral notes of Earl Grey tea.   • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream and whole milk over medium heat until small bubbles form around the edges. Remove from heat and steep the Earl Grey tea bags for 10 minutes.
  2. After removing the tea bags, stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over three tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir bloomed gelatin into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or molds, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least four hours or until set.
  6. To serve, run a knife around the edges if using molds and invert onto plates. Garnish with fresh berries or honey if desired.
