  • 7 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter. Mix until crumbly.
  2. Add ice water until the dough holds together. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and transfer it to tart pans. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. For the filling, melt dark chocolate and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Let it cool slightly before whisking in eggs until combined. Pour into pre-baked tart shells.
  6. Bake again for 12-15 minutes until set. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
