  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 large loaf sourdough or Italian bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create space for the filling.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed loaf until packed tightly.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
