  • 2 tsp active dry yeast (7g)
  • 2 tbsp honey (42g)
  • 1 tsp salt (6g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water and honey. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for about five minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until combined.
