  • 1 cup fresh apples, finely chopped

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet until just mixed; fold in apples.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto prepared sheets, spaced two inches apart.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
