  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the summer squash into thin rounds and dice the onion.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
