  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup citric acid
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and citric acid in equal parts.
  3. In another bowl, mix 1/4 cup of water with half of the sweet-sour mixture until dissolved.
  4. Dip each grape into the sugar-water mixture, then roll them in the remaining sweet-sour mixture until fully coated.
  5. Spread the coated grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about two hours.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
