  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 red M&M's (for noses)
  • 8 brown M&M's (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the creamy peanut butter until fully combined, then add the egg and blend until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking soda. Gradually combine with the wet mixture on low speed until just mixed.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet, pressing them down slightly.
  5. Press two chocolate chips into each cookie to form antlers. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, decorate with red M&M's for noses and brown M&M's for eyes.
