  • 1 (3 oz) package Jello Gelatin Powder (your choice of flavor)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package Instant Pudding Mix (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare your molds by placing them upright on a flat surface.
  2. Dissolve the Jello powder in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Cool slightly and pour one-third of the mixture into the molds.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes or until set.
  4. Whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth, then let it sit for five minutes to thicken.
  5. Once the gelatin layer is firm, fill each mold two-thirds full with pudding mixture.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least four hours or until solid.
  7. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds before gently pulling out your pops.
