  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
