  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
