  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 16 oz frozen gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onions, chopping the carrots and celery, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, layer the diced onions, carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Place the chicken breasts on top.
  3. Pour the low-sodium chicken broth over all ingredients until submerged.
