  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups creamy marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  2. Roll into one-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat for about five minutes.
  4. Add olive oil to the griddle and cook meatballs for six minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, boil water and cook tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes).
